The Family That Shaped Her
Comfort M. Whea Ngoo was born in Gbayah Town, Todee District, Montserrado County — the daughter of Gradiah Ngoo and Quita Ngoo. Her earliest lessons were carried out of the fields and into the kitchen: that land is a trust, and that people are the point of it.
Education as Inheritance
Her father believed a child with an education could stand anywhere in the world. That belief cost him — and it opened every door his daughter has walked through since.

Jovan Public School
Decades later, Comfort would help establish Jovan Public School in Zinc Camp, Todee — a small school with a large purpose: to give every child in the community a chance at the same door her father opened for her.

What began as a family responsibility grew into an organization: Comfort Ngoo Legacy Incorporated — dedicated to sustainable agriculture, education, and community development across Todee District, and welcoming partners who share the vision.
