Our Legacy
A Legacy Planted in Service
Comfort Whea Ngoo’s connection to Todee is both ancestral and deeply personal. Born in Gbayah Town to Gradiah Ngoo and Quita Ngoo, she carried forward a family tradition of service, responsibility, and belief in the strength of community.
Since the late 1970s, she has invested her own time, labor, and resources into advancing the people of Todee. Her contributions include establishing Jovan Public School, supporting education, encouraging job creation, and helping create pathways for community growth.
Comfort Ngoo Legacy Incorporated carries this work forward—not merely as a business, but as a living commitment to protect the land, honor those who came before us, and create opportunity for those who will come after us.

Jovan Public School
A Legacy of Education in Zinc Camp, Todee
Jovan Public School was established to give children in the community access to education, opportunity, and a stronger foundation for life. The school reflects Comfort Ngoo’s belief that education can change the direction of a child’s future, just as it changed hers. Through continued family and community support, the school has served generations of children in Zinc Camp and the surrounding area.
